Software Engineer I – Frontend at GrowthPal Technologies

We are looking for a highly capable ReactJS developer to work on the frontend for our product dashboard. You will be collaborating with our backend developers and the product designers for implementing front-end components, and integrating data storage and security solutions. We are ideally looking for someone with full stack experience in MERN or MEAN stack, although that’s certainly not a prerequisite.

Your primary focus will be the development and maintenance of all frontend components and integration of apis. You will be working with the functions across the board: product, design, data, backend in ensuring smooth communication between the different technologies. For a frontend developer, its extremely important to have an understanding of user behaviour and would have a lot of interaction with the product team.

Responsibilities

1. Development and maintenance of web application frontend using Javascript based frontend frameworks, preferably ReactJS, NodeJS, Redux, Bootstrap, Material UI.
2. Developing and maintaining frontend of the web application.
3. Ensuring optimal performance of the dashboard and responsiveness.
4. Collaborating with back-end developers on the integration of elements.
5. Developing high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code.
6. Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
7. Implementing automated testing protocols and unit tests
8. Maintenance of documentation, sprints and the code base
9. Mentoring other developers and interns
